This 70’ties styled home, was beautifully proportioned but required an addition and refurbishment to suit the clients growing family needs.

With a lifestyle for family and entertainment paramount, the design brief was to reconfigure the entire entertainment terrace and pool as well as the existing bedrooms and bathrooms. The new entertainment terrace and pool “clip-on, as a complete facade to the existing dwelling, has been designed to be a very contemporary element – however keeping the proportions and detailing in the 70’ties style.

The marriage of the old and new, though very different, have seamlessly blended together, opening the interior space to create a more open plan floor plate. The client’s keen eye for finishes and creative design was key to achieving this complete design solution.
