Shoreham, Beach Road, Sea Point

The brief was to renovate and convert two existing apartments into a modern contemporary 3-bedroom apartment all with en-suite bathrooms. The open plan living space was designed to maximise the amazing views across the bay and Lions Head.  Special features were incorporated into the Interior Design – motorised drapes, digital lighting and sophisticated entertainment system were all custom designed to suite the client’s needs and all controlled by various keypads.

Our interior design brief was also to completely furnish the apartment right down to the tea spoons.
