Cape Town Cruise Terminal, Passenger Terminal refurbishment at E-berth, V&A Waterfront

Located in South Africa’s oldest working harbour, Cape Town is one of the world’s most scenic ports with the E Berth Duncan Dock and terminal building dating back to WW2.

This old face brick building has been given a refreshing face-lift both inside and out. The once very solid and mundane exterior has been newly rendered and punctured with large ‘Alucobond’ framed shopfronts opening to magnificent mountain and sea views, set against the dramatic backdrop of Table Mountain. In addition, we have refurbished over 15000 m² of commercial office and a restaurant space.
